annual appraisals, Fund based and non-fund based limits, liasioning with banks & Institutions, CMA data, submission of reports, Letter of Credits, Bills discounting, Bank Guarantees,Project funding, Project reports, funds raising etc. Prior to Apollo he has also worked with Whilpool India Limited, where he gained experince in the area of Finalization of Accounts, consolidation of accounts, Budgeting, preparation of annual budgets for management, MIS reports, devising reports based on requirements, Cash flow monitoring and management, dealing with banks,Taxation matters, Direct and Indirect tax matters including Transfer pricing , Cost control measures , Commercial matters, Negotiations etc. Satish is an Industry Veteran in Retail and Corporate Finance providing Financial consultancy to Real Estate & steel Companies from large to medium size, Manufacturing, services and trading business, Local and overseas companies.
