CA Rakesh Kumar Jindal is a highly qualified professional having experience of more than 15 years and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a practicing Chartered Accountant & Insolvency Professional. He worked with different banks & NBFCs in different capacities. He has worked in leadership roles in organizations like Punjab National Bank (eOBC) as Chief Manager, Yes Bank & HDFC Bank as Assistant Vice President. Having worked in many cities in Southern, Western & Northern parts of the country he has traveled extensively throughout the country and has handled various professional assignments.
Rakesh has vast knowledge and a thorough understanding of Indian laws and regulations, as well as the complex corporate Law matters. Presently he is working in the capacity of Managing Partner of HRPS & Associates and serving as consultant to various professionally managed corporates for Corporate Finance & Insolvency Matters. He is a man with integrity serving corporates of various size from different industries as Statutory Auditor. He has vast experience of Project Finance, Working Capital Finance, Debt Syndication, Insolvency Matters under IBC, NCLT/DRT/SARFAESI Matters, Debt Restructuring, Auditing, GST and Taxation. He is passionate about playing a part in building a sustainable future for the society we live in, and actively advocates the causes of conservation, socio-economic inclusion and diversity.
